The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology. This role will help leaders and teams in the segment scale effectively, navigate change, and build an engaging employee experience aligned with business needs.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Spearhead organizational diagnostics and implement change management strategies that significantly improve team culture and business effectiveness.
- Drive core People Experience initiatives including proactive talent planning, strategic workforce design, and robust succession planning.
- Act as a critical thought partner to leadership by leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance team productivity and streamline operations.
- Partner with specialized global HR teams like Talent Development and Compensation to deliver holistic, data-driven solutions to complex people challenges.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a People Experience or HR Business Partner delivering strategic talent solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business goals into actionable human resource capabilities and measurable operational results.
- Strong track record of influencing senior leadership and navigating matrixed organizational priorities with agility and initiative.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to utilize data and sound judgment to solve diverse people challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Prior experience supporting global technology companies or working within complex, matrixed business environments.

Compensation
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
