Requirements:
- 2-5 year's experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean processes, assembly to TAKT time
- Knowledge of bench build layout based on lean methodologies
- Ability to generate sequence of operations,
- Monitor process and identify standard hours
- Identify opportunities to reduce assembly time and confirm no quality or assembly issues with any proposed changes
- Ability to generate project plan and monitor status. Recovery plans if required
- Ability to generate method instructions
- Ability to train technicians ad validate on assembly & test process.
