What we need:
The Manager Finance - Master Data Management is a first-level manager that responsible for ensuring financial stability, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves managing financial processes, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the development and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide insights into variances and trends to support decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations.
- Identify and assess financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and reporting.
- Implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 6-8 years of job-related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.
- MBA preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.

- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Sarbanes-Oxley.
