ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BAYADA has an urgent opening for a Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bradenton, FL. 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm and overnights 8p-8a. Dementia experience preferred. Available to start ASAP. We also have current job openings for HHAs/CNA's – Home Health Aides/CNA's in the following locations:

- West Bradenton
- South Bradenton
- Anna Maria Island
- Bradenton Beach
- Longboat Key

COMPENSATION

- Pay Range: $17-19/hour

BENEFITS

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs):
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications for HHA/CNA – Home Health Aide/CNA:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License OR 1 year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a caregiver
- BLS Certified CPR
- Level II Background Check (https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities for HHA/CNA – Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Transportation
