In this role, your work helps keep vehicles properly serviced and on the road—directly supporting vehicle reliability and a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory and coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts, tires, tools, and shop supplies needed to support vehicle maintenance and repair
• Work closely with technicians to ensure the right parts are available at the right time for a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across multiple makes and models
• Process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Help ensure parts operations run efficiently
• Support timely and accurate repairs, minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring vehicles are ready and reliable for customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and basic shop operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months automotive parts, dealership, fleet, or technical school experience is a bonus
