Summary of Responsibilities:
The Paint & Hangline Supervisor will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating schedules, manpower assignments, maintaining quality and production standards, and ensuring that all Company Procedures are followed.
What You’ll Do
As a Paint & Hangline Supervisor, you’ll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You’ll get to:
- Supervise production activities for: Washers, Hangline, Paint System, Assembly Line Equipment, etc.
- Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements.
- Understand the safe operation of washers, Hangline, ovens, and all support equipment.
- Handle production personnel matters such as safety concerns, vacation, personal days, disciplinary actions, time cards, training, and appraisals.
- Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO, Lean and Company procedures.
- Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Three years experience in a finishing system
- Demonstrated understanding of finishing systems
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills

- Knowledge of ISO and Lean Standards

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $102,700.00
