What you will do
- You will monitor production performance and product quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- You will analyze equipment effectiveness and implement actions to improve efficiency.
- You will lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and production challenges.
- You will support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events.
- You will develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
- You will lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, cost, and capacity.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred.
