INTRODUCTION
The Senior Manager, Process & Change Lead is responsible for ensuring a specific transformation project is operationally viable, well-defined, and successfully adopted. This role leads process mapping, documentation, and change management, ensuring the business is ready to execute new ways of working at launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROCESS MAPPING & DESIGN
- Lead current-state and future-state process mapping for the project scope
- Facilitate workshops to define workflows, roles, handoffs, and decision points
- Design optimized, scalable processes leveraging AI capabilities ensuring human oversight
- Produce clear outputs: process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting artifacts
- Identify current-state to future-state change impacts
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION
- Develop and execute a project-level change plan
- Stakeholder identification and impact assessments
- Communication strategy and rollout plan
- Define and track adoption KPIs (usage, compliance, behavior change)
- Partner with leaders to drive engagement and alignment
DOCUMENTATION ENABLEMENT
- Create high-quality, actionable documentation:
- SOPs, job aids, playbooks, FAQs
- Establish a structured documentation repository (e.g., SharePoint/Confluence)
- Ensure documentation is usable, scalable, and easily maintainable post-launch
BUSINESS READINESS
- Define and manage readiness criteria for launch
- Ensure teams are trained and equipped to adopt new processes
- Support hypercare with documentation updates and feedback loops
PROJECT INTEGRATION
- Partner with Delivery lead to align:
- Process outputs with delivery milestones
- Change activities with rollout plan
- Participate in key project checkpoints and readiness reviews
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to flex schedule in order to support early morning calls ranging from 7am-9am PT and earlier if needed to collaborate with colleagues based in Europe.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in process mapping & improvement, transformation, or change management
- Proven track record of leading process mapping and redesign initiatives
- Experience implementing change management strategies for cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting operational or digital transformation projects (AI/automation a plus)
- Familiarity with Customer Service, eCommerce Operations, or workflow-driven environments preferred
HARD SKILLS
- Detailed Process mapping (e.g. swimlanes)
- Process design and optimization techniques
- Change management frameworks preferred but flexible (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent)
- Documentation development:
- SOPs, playbooks, job aids, knowledge bases
- Training and enablement material creation
- Adoption and performance tracking (KPIs, feedback loops)
- Tools (preferred but flexible):
- Miro / Lucidchart / Visio
- Confluence / SharePoint / Knowledge management systems
- Survey tools / analytics for adoption tracking
- PowerPoint / Excel for executive reporting
- MS Teams for collaboration

COMPENSATION

Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
