We’re seeking a driven, tech‑savvy Product Specialist to join our team and help drive adoption of CoCounsel, our industry‑leading, AI‑powered client‑facing solution.
About the Role
- Serve as a trusted product expert for CoCounsel, supporting Key Account clients in the Tax, Audit and Accounting Professionals (TAAP) segment.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to support pre-sales, post-sale, renewal, and expansion activities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, deep-dive sessions, and enablement experiences aligned to customer workflows and business outcomes.
- Help clients drive adoption, confidence, and measurable value from CoCounsel by enabling advanced and complex use cases.
- Translate generative AI capabilities and product functionality into clear, practical insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in customer conversations, including senior and executive-level discussions, to articulate product value and differentiation.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, identifying patterns, and sharing insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and targeted customer programs focused on CoCounsel within TAAP.
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing, consultative, or product-focused role such as Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, or similar.
- Proven ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Experience supporting Strategic or enterprise customers with sophisticated needs.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled, SaaS, or workflow-driven products.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting messaging to different audiences.
- Familiarity with generative AI solutions and responsible AI concepts.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Preferred background in tax, audit or accounting.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
