Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders to promote home care services.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies that increase awareness of available programs, including public speaking engagements and social media campaigns.
• Manage volunteer programs by recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers who support outreach efforts.
• Coordinate community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to educate the public about home care options and resources.
• Collect data on community needs, outreach effectiveness, and client feedback to inform program improvements.
• Utilize social media platforms and marketing tools to share success stories, upcoming events, and health tips that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and tracking outreach activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in volunteer management, program development, or community outreach within healthcare or social services settings.
• Supervising experience with teams of volunteers or staff is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills demonstrated through presentations or community engagement activities.
• Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management principles to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach initiatives effectively.
• Experience with marketing strategies including social media management and data collection techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of recruiting volunteers or team members and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
