The Opportunity
As a Project Documentation Controller, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of power industry projects by ensuring project information is accurate, accessible, organized, and delivered on time. You will work closely with engineering, project management, quality, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage the flow of technical and contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will help support efficient project execution, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and effective collaboration across project teams. In this role, you will maintain document control systems, manage document deliverables, coordinate submissions and approvals, track revisions, and support audits and compliance activities. You will gain exposure to large project environments while developing your skills in project documentation workflows, stakeholder coordination, document management systems, and continuous improvement practices. By ensuring project documentation is managed effectively from initiation through closeout, you will contribute to reliable project delivery and support the ongoing modernization and operation of critical power infrastructure.

- Manage project documentation deliverables in accordance with company and project requirements.
- Maintain and update document control systems for project-related documentation.
- Classify, code, cross-reference, log, and maintain project records throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate documentation requirements with customers, vendors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor documentation schedules, submissions, approvals, and project deliverables through regular reporting and follow-up.
- Distribute, track, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and specifications for internal and external use.
- Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, status reports, inventories, and classification indexes.
- Support audits, compliance activities, risk identification, record retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Diploma or degree in administration, document management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline is advantageous.
- 3+ years of work experience in the documentation management area.
