Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong expertise in:
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Business process modeling (BPM, workflows, use cases)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Jira (or similar requirement management tools)
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite, client-facing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation from business stakeholders across automotive projects
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement review sessions
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- User stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage and track requirements using tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives
Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 Per Annum
