Responsibilities
Team Overview
TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations across 5–6 fulfillment centers (FCs), including inbound, inventory management, pick, pack, outbound, and return operations
- Own regional operational performance and deliver KPIs related to safety, productivity, quality, SLA, customer experience, and cost control
- Manage and develop a team of Site Managers and operational leaders across the region, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and talent development
- Drive regional capacity planning, labor planning, and peak season readiness to support business growth and operational scalability
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Planning, Transportation, Product, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Merchant teams) and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure efficient operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the network to optimize productivity, reduce operational defects, and improve fulfillment efficiency
- Standardize operational processes and ensure SOP execution consistency across all FCs within the region
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
- Support new FC launches, operational ramp-ups, process transitions, and network expansion projects
- Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to support the implementation and daily operation of warehouse automation systems and equipment
- Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process, including first-mile transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery operations
- Champion strategic projects with network-wide impact and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards across all managed sites
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations. 3+ years of experience managing multi-site operations or regional logistics operations
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs), vendors, and external operational partners. Strong people management experience, including leading managers and large frontline operational teams
- Experience in inbound, outbound, inventory, or quality operations with a deep understanding of operational KPIs and process management
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges
- Experience in capacity planning, labor management, cost optimization, and peak season operations
- Basic understanding of warehouse automation systems and equipment such as conveyors, sorters, scanners, ASRS systems, or automated packing solutions
- Knowledge of the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment chain, including first-mile, warehousing, middle-mile, and last-mile operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with WMS systems, labor planning tools, and operational dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale e-commerce fulfillment networks
- Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement certification/experience
- Experience supporting warehouse automation implementation or process optimization projects
- Experience launching new fulfillment centers or scaling operations during high-growth periods
- Strong data analysis and operational reporting capabilities
- Experience writing SOPs, operational playbooks, and training materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership skills
