About the Position

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing complex corporate SEC filings.
- Conducting deep factual and legal research to support case strategies.
- Drafting pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions.
- Assisting with the formulation and drafting of discovery demands.
- Overseeing and managing document review processes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of dedicated securities litigation experience (required).
