Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of IT/business technology experience with strong project leadership.
- Proven experience personally leading $35M+ enterprise projects/programs.
- Large-scale enterprise platform integration and/or migration experience.
- Strong vendor and implementation partner management.
- Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, requirements, testing, and delivery.
- Strong SDLC and enterprise application implementation knowledge.
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban.
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong, clear verbal communication required.
Preferred Skills
- ERP, HCM, or Finance system implementation experience.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM.
- Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Primavera, or similar PM tools.
- Regulated industry experience / NAESB.
- Master's degree.
