Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Growth at Docusign is evolving from manually orchestrated campaigns to autonomous, AI‑driven customer journeys. As an AI GTM Engineer on the Growth team, you’ll apply an engineering mindset to build AI‑powered workflows, agents, and tooling that make Marketing and Growth teams radically more efficient and effective. You’ll partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, Performance Marketing, PLG, and Data Science to turn briefs and data into automated journeys, experiments, and insights.
You will accelerate high‑impact AI use cases across Marketing and Growth so teams can do more with less manual work, from faster campaign builds to smarter targeting and experimentation, transform manual, fragmented workflows into AI‑augmented systems that improve both efficiency (time saved) and effectiveness (lift in activation, retention, and revenue) and establish the patterns, tooling, and data foundations that make AI a reliable, everyday part of how Growth operates.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end AI workflows that power core Growth use cases (e.g., lifecycle/email, in‑product prompts, performance marketing, winback, onboarding, experimentation)
- Turn loosely defined business goals and briefs into concrete, agent‑powered flows: from data ingestion and grounding through orchestration logic to user‑facing surfaces (email, in‑product, ads, sales handoffs)
- Build internal tools and Agentic User Interfaces (AGUI) that let marketers and operators configure, monitor, and iterate on AI‑driven journeys without needing a developer for every change
- Partner with marketers and analysts to prototype quickly and run experiments using AI‑powered MVPs, measuring impact on conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, and LTV
- Drive change management and enablement, working hand in hand with business stakeholders to evolve their day‑to‑day processes and deeply adopt AI‑powered tools
- Coach marketers and other business stakeholders on how to maintain, upgrade, and improve AI workflows so teams become increasingly self‑sufficient over time
- Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and platform teams to identify gaps and opportunities in data access, tooling, and foundational capabilities across use cases
- Document patterns, reusable components, and learnings so that successes can be replicated across teams and inform investments in data foundations and AI capabilities
Job Designation

- Experience with Growth / GTM metrics and concepts (e.g., funnel conversion, activation, retention, LTV, CAC payback)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Azure Agentic Framework, AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, including designing multi‑agent workflows
- Strong understanding of prompt design, retrieval strategies, LLM evaluation frameworks, and common failure modes for LLM‑based systems
- Familiarity with data platforms and GTM stacks such as Snowflake, CDPs, Iterable, Hightouch, Salesforce/CRM, ad platforms, and product analytics
- Experience working in cross‑functional Growth or GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Led Growth, Sales Development, RevOps, Data), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Comfort working in an environment that values speed, experimentation, and learning over perfection, while maintaining a high bar for reliability in production

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Gtm Engineer
Align your credentials to Computer Systems Analyst
TN eligibility for GTM Engineers depends on qualifying under the Computer Systems Analyst category. Prepare a degree transcript and a role description letter showing your work involves designing and implementing go-to-market systems, not purely sales strategy.
Target revenue operations teams with dedicated tooling staff
Companies with dedicated RevOps or marketing technology functions file TN petitions far more readily than those treating GTM engineering as a sales support role. Filter your search toward organizations that list CRM, attribution, or data pipeline ownership in the job description.
Search TN-eligible roles at employers with visa experience
Migrate Mate surfaces GTM Engineer roles from employers with recent visa filings and sponsorship experience, so you spend time on applications that fit your status rather than chasing postings with no visa pathway.
Request a support letter before your border crossing
Canadian citizens can obtain TN status at a port of entry, but the employer support letter must specify your job title, duties, salary, and duration. A vague letter is the single most common reason CBP officers request additional documentation or deny entry.
Clarify your SOC code with the employer before filing
GTM Engineering maps most cleanly to SOC 15-1211 (Computer Systems Analysts) for TN classification purposes. Confirm your employer's immigration counsel is familiar with this code, since proper classification supports a smooth TN presentation at the port of entry or consulate and helps prevent complications during future renewals or status changes.
Account for Mexican citizens' consular appointment lead time
Mexican nationals must apply through a U.S. consulate and work within the annual TN allocation. Schedule your consular appointment as soon as you have a signed offer, since appointment slots in high-demand periods can add several weeks to your start date.

Find Gtm Engineer JobsGtm Engineer TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a GTM Engineer role qualify for TN visa sponsorship?
Yes, provided your duties center on building and maintaining go-to-market systems, data pipelines, and technology integrations rather than pure sales or marketing strategy. USCIS and CBP evaluate TN eligibility under the Computer Systems Analyst category, so your offer letter and job description must reflect technical systems work with a qualifying bachelor's degree in a related field.
How does TN visa sponsorship compare to H-1B for GTM Engineers?
TN has no annual lottery, no cap for Canadian citizens, and can be approved at a port of entry the same day for Canadians. H-1B requires an employer to enter a lottery with roughly a one-in-four selection rate. For a GTM Engineer whose role qualifies under Computer Systems Analyst, TN is a faster, more predictable path than competing in the H-1B lottery each spring.
Where can I find GTM Engineer jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals searching for roles at employers experienced with visa sponsorship. General job boards rarely surface sponsorship capability at the listing level, so you can spend weeks applying to roles where employers lack visa experience. Migrate Mate filters by visa type and employer filing history so your search stays focused on reachable opportunities.
What documents does my employer need to provide for my TN application?
Your employer must provide a signed support letter on company letterhead stating your job title, a description of your duties confirming the role qualifies as a Computer Systems Analyst, your salary, and the intended employment period. Canadian citizens present this letter directly to CBP at the border. Mexican citizens submit it as part of their DS-160 consular package along with their diploma and credentials.
Can I switch GTM Engineer employers while on a TN visa?
Yes, but your TN status is tied to your current employer, so you cannot begin work for a new company until a new TN is approved. Canadian citizens can apply for a new TN at a port of entry with the new employer's support letter before leaving their current role. Mexican citizens must obtain a new visa stamp through consular processing, which adds lead time to any transition.
