About the role: We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer / Legal Content Developer to help design, build, and optimize AI-driven tools that support complex legal writing workflows. How will you make a difference as an AI Prompt Engineer / Legal Writer at Fragomen?
- Design, test, and iterate on AI prompts to support the drafting of complex business immigration case materials (e.g., O-1, EB-1, NIW petitions).
- Partner with legal teams to translate nuanced legal strategies into structured, repeatable prompt frameworks.
- Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows that improve drafting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs, refining prompts to ensure high-quality, compliant, and persuasive legal content.
