Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus
Do something different every day as you work with our grain department and their many services. As an Operations Specialist at our new Pawnee City Shuttle, you will:
- Load and unload grain products, assist in operating grain elevators, and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
- Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Learn how to monitor and maintain grain quality, assist with loading trains, and may help at other locations in the area
- Operate equipment and obtain certifications as you grow in this role
