The Role: CNA Driver (aka Transportation Legend)
We’re looking for a CNA-certified Driver who can safely transport our residents while also understanding exactly what they need—because you’ve been in the trenches. This isn’t just “driving a van.” This is caring, awareness, compassion, and knowing how to pivot when a resident says, “I’m fine” (but you know better).
You’ll be:
- Transporting residents to appointments safely and calmly
- Assisting residents as needed (because CNA experience is essential)
- Communicating with nursing staff like a pro
- Representing The Lodge at Red Rocks with professionalism, kindness, and just the right amount of personality
Why CNA Certification Is NON-NEGOTIABLE
Our residents deserve someone who:
- Understands transfers, mobility, and safety
- Can recognize changes in condition
- Knows resident dignity isn’t optional
- Has CNA instincts, not just a driver’s license
