This role translates business objectives and user insights into intuitive, effective digital experiences that drive meaningful results. This position blends strategic UX leadership with hands-on execution. - Define UX success metrics and drive continuous optimization through performance analysis, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
- Design end-to-end digital experiences across browsers and devices, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs—ensuring usability and brand consistency.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and UX standards across platforms.
- Partner closely with marketing, analytics, and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation within CMS and other digital environments.
- Manage, mentor, and support a junior UX team member, fostering growth, skill development, and best-practice adoption.
- Balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and design quality.
- Stay current with emerging UX, digital, and technology trends and apply them thoughtfully to enhance user experiences.
