This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society. Our goal at OneTrust is to bring the power of trust to companies all over the world. Using cutting-edge technology and a real-world approach to compliance, privacy, security, ethics, and third-party risk, we’ve created a no-nonsense platform to help supercharge the global push for trust.
THE CHALLENGE
The Senior Customer Success Architect role is a strategic advisor within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio. We are looking for motivated technical experts with significant industry experience to help ensure strategic success and achieve value while engaging with our portfolio of selected OneTrust customers. We need someone who can advise them on the challenges they will face and how to overcome them as they look to use OneTrust to meet their business outcomes. If you have experience implementing a comprehensive privacy management program that brings about operational efficiencies and mitigates privacy risks and expenses, we would be interested in talking with you.

Which companies in California sponsor visas for customer success architects?
Enterprise software and cloud infrastructure companies lead sponsorship activity for customer success architects in California. Salesforce, Workday, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Palo Alto Networks have consistent records of filing H-1B petitions for technical customer-facing roles. Larger companies with dedicated immigration counsel and established HR processes are generally more equipped to manage the sponsorship process than early-stage startups.
Which visa types are most common for customer success architect roles in California?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success architects in California, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or engineering. Candidates already holding L-1B intracompany transferee status at a multinational employer may also transition into these roles. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose background meets specialty occupation criteria.
Which cities in California have the most customer success architect sponsorship jobs?
San Francisco and the broader Bay Area account for the largest concentration of customer success architect openings, driven by the density of enterprise SaaS companies in San Jose, Redwood City, and San Mateo. Los Angeles has a growing presence, particularly among media technology and cloud services firms. San Diego and Sacramento represent smaller but active markets, especially for companies with regional offices supporting enterprise clients.
How to find customer success architect visa sponsorship jobs in California?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles that include visa sponsorship, making it easier to identify customer success architect positions at California employers actively hiring international candidates. Rather than sifting through general job boards where sponsorship availability is rarely disclosed upfront, Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsorship-friendly openings so you can focus your applications on companies already set up to support the process.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success architects pursuing sponsorship in California?
California's prevailing wage requirements under H-1B rules are set at levels reflecting the Bay Area and Los Angeles cost of living, which are among the highest in the country. Employers must file a Labor Condition Application confirming the offered wage meets Department of Labor prevailing wage standards for the specific location where work is performed. Remote work arrangements that cross county lines can affect which prevailing wage tier applies, so the work location listed on the LCA matters.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success architect jobs in California?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
