Do you thrive on making people feel welcome? Love the idea of helping pets (and their humans) have the best possible experience? If you’re the type of person who lights up a room and enjoys being the go-to problem solver, we’d love to meet you!
At VCA Animal Hospitals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, compassionate veterinary care. Our mission isn’t just about pets—it’s about people too. We’re looking for a positive, motivated, and charismatic Client Service Representative to be the first smile clients see when they walk through our doors.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
As the face of our hospital, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll help ensure that every client and pet feels supported and valued from the moment they step inside.
What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly first impression: greet clients and their pets with genuine warmth.
- Manage the front lines: answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and check clients in/out.
- Keep the flow moving: guide clients and pets to exam rooms, assist with paperwork, and help maintain smooth operations.
- Support care: place follow-up calls, present fees, process payments, and recommend products/services.
- Provide education: answer non-medical questions on pet care and prevention products.
- Help keep our hospital looking its best (yes, sometimes this includes cleaning up after pets).
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with a professional presence and a “can-do” attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and can keep cool under pressure.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills (think: juggling phones, clients, and schedules without breaking a sweat).
- Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more).
- Generous employee pet discounts (because your furry family deserves care too).
- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.
- A supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment.
SCHEDULE
Our practice is currently open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with Fridays added soon.
If you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site. Please log into Workday and click on the Jobs Hub app or search for Browse Jobs.
