Job Description:

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,480 - $192,720 per year plus commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Territory Account Executives drive growth across a diverse customer base by balancing strategic coverage with local execution. You uncover opportunities, build trust, and scale Schneider’s presence across your territory. Your work complements Strategic and Enterprise sellers by focusing on breadth, agility, and proactive engagement.

What You’re Here to Do

As a Territory Account Executive, your job isn’t just to sell—it’s to lead with insights, build trust, and partner deeply with your accounts. You are the connective tissue between customer needs and Schneider’s solutions.

Your Role Is Grounded In:

• Field Execution: Drive purposeful customer engagements and uncover new opportunities through consistent market presence.
• Local Commercial Presence: Represent Schneider locally and build influence across your territory.
• Territory Strategy Execution: Prioritize accounts and segments to maximize impact across a broad book of business.
• Internal Orchestration: Coordinate with internal teams to delegate non-revenue-generating tasks and stay focused on selling.
• Data-Informed Planning: Use tools and insights to guide decisions, identify low-hanging fruit, and shape territory strategy.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• 5+ years technical knowledge of electrical distribution and electrical switchgear and switchboard construction
• Knowledge of Square D / ASCO, GE, Westinghouse, Federal Pacific, and Allis Chalmers legacy switchgear and switchboards
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
• Ability to present engineering services and retrofit solutions to end user customers
