What is an E-3 Visa?

Eligibility Criteria for an E-3 Visa
Only Australian citizens can be issued Australian passports, so if you have a passport, you’re a citizen.
Ensure your Australian passport isn’t expired or expiring soon.
Ensure you have a copy of your degree certificate.
If you didn’t complete your bachelor’s degree, you may still qualify based on your relevant work experience.
As a general guide, you’ll need 3 years of relevant experience for each year of study you didn’t complete.
For example: • If you didn’t attend university, you’ll typically need 12 years of relevant work experience. • If you completed half of a 4-year degree, you’ll typically need 6 years of relevant work experience.
Your job offer must be for a role requiring at least a bachelor’s degree in a specific field.
For example: A Software Engineer role requiring a degree in Computer Science.
