- Architecting and implementing DFT/scan solutions for ASICs.
- Defining and executing test strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Integrating scan insertion and ATPG flows.
- Mentoring engineers in DFT best practices.
- Optimizing RTL for scan readiness.
- Collaborating with manufacturing partners to improve yield.
