- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales or account managers.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Learn staffing industry terminology, client pain points, and sales best practices.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate availability and market trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with business professionals.
- Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus, but not required).
- Interest in sales, recruiting, staffing, or business development.
