Payrate: $35.00- $40.00/hr
Position’s Contributions to Work Group: AIM Dealer Process Analyst would be focused on detailed dealer deployment process support including triaging concerns and issues, critical during the time as we are transitioning from pilot execution to a sustained operating model. This position will be in direct support of our dealer engagement manager and dealer S&OP consultants throughout the AIM process deployments and close follow work.
Typical task breakdown:
- Centralized Dealer issue collection / management, including the process development of any standardized /regular feedback collection requirements
- First level triage and assessment of any collected dealer issues
- Structured escalation and coordination to AIM key project team members, including a feedback loop to the dealers
- Overall dealer support working very closely with Dealer S&OP consultants as AIM continues to evolve and operate, becoming the standard process. This includes analysis of critical dealer KPIs - order compliance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy levels, etc.

- Years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree requirement: prefers BS Degree; Minimum associate degree

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00- $40.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, life insurance benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
