Welder, 2nd Shift
Location: Hattiesburg, MS
Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time
Pay: $18.26 - $26.67 + (3.00 Shift Premium)

What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
- Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
- Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
- Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
- Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
- 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
- Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
