In the assigned Job Role of Senior Technologist, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate project requirements and use cases to deliver high-quality, design, frameworks, and production-ready code work products.
- Design technology frameworks for complex scenarios, develop design patterns and reference implementations. Design reusable assets and conduct design reviews.
- Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations.
- Optimize code, debug complex routines, and develop code generators and pilot implementations for reusable components, ensuring defect-free production-ready code.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to peers and help maintain delivery consistency and code quality.
- Identify proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging programming independently develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide inputs for multi-technology and multi-language high risk deployments.
- Evaluate and implement technical services to meet high-quality service (QoS) requirements, ensuring alignment with business and IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create reusable assets and deliver defect-free, impactful code to achieve quality benchmarks and Zero-Defect Delivery.
- Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges and reducing risk exposure.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
- Support test automation and execute test strategies to drive quality improvements.
