The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, along with hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls to protect AI models, applications, and enterprise AI environments.
- Secure internally developed AI models and LLM-based applications.
- Identify and mitigate security risks associated with AI systems, including prompt injection, data leakage, model vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
- Assess and secure AI architectures, components, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Implement security solutions for LLM applications and RAG-based workflows.
- Evaluate and strengthen security configurations across AI platforms and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to integrate security best practices throughout the AI development lifecycle.
- Develop and recommend security strategies, standards, and controls for emerging AI technologies.
- Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations to address AI-specific threats and vulnerabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI Security.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture, components, workflows, and security principles.
- Practical experience securing internally developed AI models.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as:
- AWS Bedrock
- LLaMA
- LangChain
- Strong knowledge of securing LLM-based applications and RAG architectures.
- Experience implementing security controls and solutions for AI systems.
- Understanding of AI-related security threats, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to explain AI architecture, security challenges, and the tools and controls used to protect AI environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Security certifications.
- Published research or technical articles related to AI Security.
- Experience presenting or speaking at cybersecurity or AI Security conferences.
