Responsibilities

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch. We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem. You will shape the future of AI-powered advertising creativity, on work with impact at global scale. About the Role Generative AI is transforming how the world's largest brands create, test, and scale advertising. At TikTok, we're building the next generation of AI-powered creative solutions, bringing cutting-edge models like Seedance into real-world advertising workflows. We're looking for an AI Deployment Strategist — Ads Vertical to lead this transformation alongside our most strategic advertisers and creative agencies. This is not a traditional consulting, account management, or customer success role. You'll work at the intersection of Generative AI, product development, and advertising strategy, combining the strategic thinking of a consultant, the technical curiosity of an AI builder, and the ownership mindset of a founder. You'll work directly with advertisers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, build and deploy AI-powered creative solutions, and turn early experiments into scalable workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. We're looking for someone who doesn't just advise clients on AI adoption — you actively build with AI, experiment with emerging models, and turn new capabilities into products and workflows that work in the real world. Responsibilities Lead AI Transformation for Strategic Advertisers - Partner directly with leading global brands, advertisers, and creative agencies to reimagine how advertising is created using Generative AI. - Identify high-value opportunities to apply Seedance and other GenAI models across creative production, personalization, localization, and optimization. - Own client deployments end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and prototyping solutions to launching, measuring impact, and scaling adoption. Build and Deploy AI-Native Creative Solutions - Hands-on design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered advertising workflows using Seedance, generative video and image models, AI agents, and other emerging tools. - Experiment rapidly with prompting, model orchestration, agentic workflows, APIs, and automation to solve real advertiser challenges. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to translate customer requirements into working solutions, iterating continuously based on real-world results. Drive Measurable Business Impact - Own the success of AI deployments, measuring outcomes such as creative quality, production efficiency, advertiser adoption, and campaign performance. - Turn successful pilots into scalable, repeatable solutions that can be deployed across advertisers, agencies, and industries. - Build reusable workflows, playbooks, and best practices that accelerate AI adoption across the advertising ecosystem. Shape the Future of Generative AI Products - Serve as the bridge between frontier AI capabilities and real-world advertiser needs, identifying gaps and opportunities through direct customer engagement. - Partner closely with AI Research and Product teams to influence the evolution of Seedance, Symphony, and next-generation creative tools. - Stay at the forefront of developments in generative video, multimodal AI, and AI agents, continuously experimenting with new capabilities and bringing them into production.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in technology, product management, AI solutions, technical consulting, or other roles requiring strong problem-solving and end-to-end ownership. - AI-first mindset: You are an active, hands-on user of Generative AI tools and are excited about building with emerging technologies, not just discussing their potential. - Builder mentality: You enjoy turning ambiguous problems into working prototypes and real solutions. You're comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning by doing. - Technical fluency: Comfortable working with APIs, prompt engineering, AI models, agentic workflows, and modern AI development tools. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be capable of independently prototyping AI solutions. - Strategic problem-solving: Ability to understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for AI transformation, and translate them into actionable technical solutions. - Customer leadership: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with senior business and technical leaders. - High ownership and adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where technologies, products, and customer requirements evolve rapidly.
