Role description
Must Have skills
- Develop and maintain Playwright automation UI API
- Strong in stakeholder communication and leadership
- Drive AI adoption automation strategy and standards
- Ability to design solutions create frameworks and guide offshore team
- Review AI generated outputs and ensure quality
- Ability to create and work with AI agents for testing automation
- Use AI tools Copilot etc for test generation script creation and debugging
- Validate and test AI generated code and outputs
- Understand prompting and AI guardrails
Good to Have Skills
- Analyze requirements and design in sprint and regression test cases
- Perform API testing Postman RestSharp
- Conduct database validation SQL backend data checks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint grooming standups
- Analyze existing codebase product and improve coverage
- Execute tests analyze failures and log defects in tracking tools
- Integrate testing into CICD pipelines Azure DevOps
- Follow established STLC processes and QA standards

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
