Summary
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will drive vehicle sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic dealership environment. You will leverage core skills in retail sales, customer service, and effective communication to understand client needs, present options, and close deals, while maintaining strong relationships through follow-up and CRM usage. Your premium capabilities in negotiation and high-end sales will support pipeline development and upselling opportunities. Report to the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving dealership targets through professional, knowledgeable guidance.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience with automotive sales and customer service excellence
- Strong communication, public speaking, and phone etiquette for in-person and outbound sales
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales pipeline management, and retail math
- Ability to conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, negotiate, and upsell
- Multilingual ability preferred; out-of-area or outside sales a plus
- Organizational skills with inventory awareness and follow-up, plus knowledge of financing options

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
