INTRODUCTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Building Substitute you will work at a single school for the school year, providing consistent support for absent teachers by covering classrooms, supervising students, and maintaining a productive learning environment. Key responsibilities include following lesson plans, managing student behavior, filling in for other staff as needed, and building rapport with the school community to ensure educational continuity and support the school's overall function.
