Most sales roles ask you to do everything — market the listing, chase the lead, run the tour, and close the deal — and then wonder why nothing gets your full attention. Not this one.
At Havenpark Communities, we've split the sales process in two so each half gets done right. You'll own the front end: turning inventory into scheduled appointments. A dedicated Sales & Leasing Agent takes it from there and closes. You focus on volume and velocity — not paperwork, not walkthroughs, not chasing signatures.
If you're the kind of person who gets energy from a full pipeline, a fast response time, and watching a lead-gen number climb week over week, this is built for you.
What You'll Actually Do
Make listings irresistible
- Partner with on-site teams to get current photos, then edit and write copy that makes prospects stop scrolling. You're the reason a listing gets clicked.
Own the top of the funnel
- Post daily across Facebook Marketplace and every assigned ILS platform. Run community-specific campaigns. Answer inbound questions fast enough that prospects don't drift to a competitor.
Set the table for the close
- Qualify leads, confirm real interest, and hand off appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent with everything they need to walk in prepared and walk out with a signed application.
Prove it with numbers
- Generate 500+ leads a month across your assigned communities. Track sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM. Report on what's working — and fix what isn't.
What You Bring
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work
- A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy
- Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms (manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Communication skills fast enough to keep a hot lead hot
- The organization to juggle multiple communities and never let a listing go stale
- Bonus points for CRM or lead-management tool experience
Why Havenpark
We own and operate manufactured housing communities across the U.S. — real neighborhoods, real affordability, real belonging. Our sales and leasing teams are the front door to that experience, and we've redesigned this role so you can do the part you're best at without getting buried in the rest.

Who's Hiring

Business Development Representative Jobs in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a business development representative job in Phoenix?
Start by targeting Phoenix's heaviest hiring sectors: SaaS and cloud technology companies clustered in Scottsdale and Tempe, financial services firms downtown, and healthcare technology companies throughout the metro. Candidates who have experience cold calling and using CRM platforms get noticed faster. Familiarity with the local business community and a demonstrable pipeline of outreach activity gives you a concrete edge over out-of-market applicants.
Which companies hire business development representatives in Phoenix?
Employers hiring business development representatives in Phoenix right now include Fullbay, EMCOR, and Reece, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Phoenix attracts a mix of national enterprise software companies with large inside-sales operations and regional financial services and healthcare firms building out dedicated outbound teams.
Are there remote business development representative jobs in Phoenix?
Yes, though many roles remain in-office because outbound calling and team coaching benefit from a structured environment. About 61% of business development representative openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with most flexibility concentrated in SaaS and technology companies headquartered in Scottsdale and Tempe that have established distributed sales cultures.
How can I get a business development representative job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through Phoenix-area SaaS companies and fintech startups that hire candidates directly out of university or from customer-facing retail and hospitality roles, treating their training programs as the primary qualification. Roles like sales development representative or customer success associate at Tempe or Scottsdale tech firms frequently serve as the on-ramp, and completing a structured sales bootcamp or HubSpot certification strengthens applications considerably.
