MCA Autoglass is a family-owned mobile auto glass company serving the Greater Phoenix area since 2012. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a personable and dependable Business Relationship Representative to help strengthen our presence within the West Valley business community.
This is not a traditional high-pressure sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, and representing a local business in the community.
What You'll Do
As our Business Relationship Representative, you'll spend most of your time in the field visiting businesses within an assigned West Valley territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Introducing MCA Autoglass to prospective commercial customers.
- Providing approved company information and marketing materials.
- Building positive, professional relationships within the local business community.
- Conducting periodic follow-up visits with assigned businesses.
- Maintaining accurate records of visits and relevant contact information.
- Communicating potential opportunities and customer requests to MCA Autoglass management.
- Representing MCA Autoglass professionally and consistently.
You will not be responsible for cold calling, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, scheduling service, or closing sales.
Schedule
This is a flexible, part-time position averaging approximately 5–10 hours per week.
Field activity takes place Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Hours may be arranged within that window based on business needs and assigned field activity.
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
This is a part-time W-2 position.
Employees may also be eligible for a New Account Bonus when qualifying new commercial business results from relationships developed through their assigned field activity.
This position requires local travel using the employee's reliable personal vehicle. Mileage is not reimbursed.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for the right person to help introduce MCA Autoglass to more businesses throughout the West Valley and represent the company with the same professionalism and personal service our customers have come to expect.
