Develop infrastructure performance metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
Mentor technicians and engineers to strengthen technical capability within DCO.
Deliver technical training related to arc flash safety, power systems, mechanical systems, and control sequences.
Support compliance audits and certification activities.
Travel as required to support multi-campus initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Recognized technical authority in mission-critical facilities infrastructure.
Strong judgment during high-impact operational events.
Ability to translate technical findings into operational improvements.
Clear communication across technicians, engineers, vendors, and leadership.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and disciplined execution.
What You’ll Bring

Strong understanding of control systems and sequences of operation.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Experience supporting commissioning, design review, and infrastructure deployment.

Chief Technology Officer Jobs in Las Vegas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a chief technology officer job in Las Vegas?
Focus your search on Las Vegas's dominant hiring sectors: gaming and casino technology, hospitality software, fintech, and the growing healthcare IT ecosystem anchored in the Henderson and Summerlin corridors. Large resort operators, regional credit unions, and mid-market SaaS companies all hire CTOs locally. Candidates who can demonstrate experience scaling infrastructure in high-availability, high-transaction environments stand out in this market.
Which companies hire chief technology officers in Las Vegas?
Companies currently hiring chief technology officers in Las Vegas include Walgreens, Highgate, and Speechify, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Las Vegas hiring tends to skew toward resort conglomerates, regional financial institutions, and fast-growing hospitality tech and gaming software firms headquartered in the metro area.
Are there remote chief technology officer jobs in Las Vegas?
Yes, though most CTO roles require significant on-site leadership presence given the executive nature of the position. About 10% of chief technology officer openings tied to Las Vegas are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with remote arrangements most common at SaaS and fintech companies rather than at casino resort operators or on-property hospitality employers.
How can I get a chief technology officer job in Las Vegas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a VP of Engineering or Director of Technology role at one of Las Vegas's mid-size gaming tech, hospitality software, or regional healthcare IT companies, then stepping into a CTO seat as the organization grows. Local employers in the startup corridor near Downtown Las Vegas and the UNLV Tech Park frequently promote senior engineering leaders into executive roles rather than recruiting externally.
Which industries hire the most chief technology officers in Las Vegas?
The sectors hiring the most chief technology officers in Las Vegas are Retail, Hospitality & Tourism, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Las Vegas's economy is anchored by gaming, hospitality, and entertainment, which drives outsized demand for technology executives who can lead complex, guest-facing digital platforms at scale.
