What You Will Do:
- Lead daily shift operations by planning and aligning nursing resources to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Empower and mentor nursing teams through real-time education, clinical direction, and performance support to foster continuous professional growth.
- Optimize patient care assignments by accurately assessing daily unit needs and balancing productivity standards with exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Champion patient and family advocacy by proactively addressing care concerns and resolving grievances through collaborative, established channels.
- Manage unit resources and dynamics to ensure clinical teams have the necessary supplies, materials, and support to respond effectively to changing physician and patient needs.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
