Build AI That Ships, Scales, and Delivers Real Business Value
Are you an AI architect who goes beyond slides, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts? Trissential is hiring a Senior AI Architect to join our client’s enterprise AI team — a role designed for a hands‑on builder with strong architectural judgment who knows how to operationalize AI at scale.
This is not a research or experimentation role. You’ll help shape enterprise AI strategy while staying close to delivery, partnering across engineering, data, security, and external vendors to move AI solutions from idea to production — quickly, securely, and pragmatically.
If you thrive in ambiguity, value execution, and still enjoy building — this role was built for you.
What’s in It for You?
- High‑Impact Enterprise Work – Architect and deliver production AI systems adopted across the organization
- Builder + Architect Role – Design platforms, prototype solutions, and guide teams through implementation
- Strategic Influence – Help shape enterprise AI direction and advise senior leadership
- Modern AI Stack – LLMs, GenAI systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise data environments
- Real Ownership – High trust, autonomy, and accountability in a fast‑moving AI space
- Cross‑Functional Exposure – Work closely with platform, data, security, and application teams
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure enterprise AI and GenAI architectures aligned to business strategy
- Lead solutioning and hands‑on prototyping of AI systems, including LLM‑based workflows
- Translate business needs into architecture diagrams, solution designs, and integration patterns
- Partner with data, platform, security, and application teams to embed AI into core enterprise systems
- Support delivery teams with implementation guidance, architectural tradeoffs, and best practices
- Contribute to enterprise AI platform development, reusable patterns, and standards
- Apply AI governance, risk, and security guardrails across all solutions
- Engage with external AI partners and assist in evaluating proof‑of‑value initiatives
- Present architectures and solution designs for enterprise review and alignment
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Proven experience delivering production AI or ML solutions in large enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying GenAI and LLM‑based systems
- Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle (training, inference, evaluation, iteration)
- Experience with AI architecture and platform design for scalable, cloud‑native systems
- Ability to move quickly from concept prototype production
- Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise systems and workflows
- Solid foundation in data pipelines, data platforms, and data quality
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience enabling AI adoption across multiple teams or business units
- Familiarity with enterprise AI operating models and platform strategies
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks or similar data/AI platforms
- Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Avaya, or other large enterprise systems
- Utility or regulated‑industry experience
- Cloud or AI certifications (AWS, GCP, Databricks, etc.)
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- AI, ML, or cloud certifications are strongly preferred but not required
What We Offer
At Trissential, we value builders, problem‑solvers, and leaders who want to make AI real. By joining our client’s team, you’ll work on meaningful enterprise initiatives while being fully supported.
- Competitive Compensation – $100–$110 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
- Comprehensive Benefits for you and your dependents – Medical, dental, vision, free tele‑health, HSA with company contribution, life and disability insurance, and 401k with matching
- Paid Time Off – Offers paid time away from work
- Career Growth – Exposure to enterprise‑scale AI initiatives and evolving platform strategy
- Collaborative Culture – Partner with senior architects, AI leaders, and delivery teams
Note: This role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States
