- CI/CD, Automation type stuff
- Proven ability to scale

- Cloud Foundry preferred
- Open Stack okay

- CI/CD Automation type stuff
- Use Go CD. But should be able to learn any tools

- Docker- would be a big plus

- Clustering with Weblogic and Apache
- Oracle (NoSQL is irrelevant)
