Overview:
Chicago Title Insurance Company is seeking a Marketing Associate to support its Education and Technology departments in planning, coordinating, and executing continuing education/training events and content marketing campaigns across multiple online and social media channels for our title insurance agents and professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys both event planning and marketing support. Duties:
- Assist our team with marketing and event logistics from concept to execution.
- For marketing, these duties include creating and maintaining newsletter, website, and social media content with consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- For events, these include all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing, contract coordination, and on-site execution from setup to recording presentations, effectively communicating with internal teams, our agents, and vendors, and tracking event registrations, attendance, and post-event follow-up.
- Additional responsibilities include ensuring project deadlines are met, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives, and performing various other tasks as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field a plus).
Experience:
Prior experience working with an office team is preferred, but not required. Experience in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or technology environments is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-responsiveness work setting. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot) is preferred. Knowledge of Canva, Wix, and/or Constant Contact is a plus but not required.

Positive, upbeat attitude, someone who demonstrates empathy, kindness, and reliability. Close attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are a must. Technical aptitude or willingness to learn technical aspects of events and marketing is a must.
