The Regional Vice President is responsible for growing revenue and EBITDA through leading effective demand and supply strategies that ensure quality patient care, operational efficiency, proper staffing levels, motivation and development of employees, and healthy relationships with customers and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grows revenue and EBITDA for the Louisiana East region by leading effective demand and supply strategies.
- Provides strategic vision and oversight for assigned region.
- Actively engages in the strategic planning, SWOT, and leadership processes for the Ambulance Division.
- Facilitates the strategic planning process for the region.
- Prioritizes objectives and implements strategies to achieve regional and company targets.
- Collaborates with business development to identify, research, propose, and implement organic and acquired growth opportunities.
- Effectively communicates growth initiatives to regional leadership and field employees.

- Monitors and measures the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures that support the operational parameters of the ambulance division, including but not limited to staffing, unit hour utilization, safety scores, tickets/sentbacks, and other performance metrics.
- Reviews payroll and budget data to evaluate and maximize revenue/EBITDA while controlling expenses.

Monitors and ensures proper resolution of inquiries and complaints.

Leads, motivates, and influences employees to maximize the team's efforts toward the achievement of region and division goals.
- Builds/develops a well-balanced, high-performing leadership team.

- Regularly spends time in the field with frontline employees.
- Ensures timely and meaningful internal communications.
- Promotes quarterly welfare checks of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with increasing responsibility and proven success.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Understanding of the ambulance industry, including operational knowledge, compliance, and regulatory requirements preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree preferred; a combination of education and substantially equivalent experience may be substituted for the requirements stated herein.
- EMT or Paramedic certification preferred.
