We are seeking an experienced Phone Sales Representative to sell cameras and consumer electronics directly to customers via inbound and outbound phone orders. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge in photography gear and electronics, can clearly articulate features and benefits, and consistently close sales through consultative phone conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers
- Sell cameras, lenses, accessories, and consumer electronics
- Recommend products based on consumer needs & budget
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and related items
- Provide knowledgeable, honest product guidance

This role may require up to three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected. This is a base-plus-commission position.
