Understand the H-1B timeline before applying
H-1B sponsorship at a hospital like Carrollton Regional involves employer filing deadlines tied to the USCIS lottery in April. Start conversations with hiring managers well before the annual cap season to ensure your application can move through internal approvals in time.

Ask directly about sponsorship willingness during screening
Regional medical centers vary in how proactively they discuss sponsorship. When you reach a recruiter at Carrollton Regional, ask early whether the role is open to H-1B sponsorship, this saves time and signals that you understand the process and are prepared for it.
