About Cassidy
Founded in 2023, Cassidy is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in New York City. We believe that AI is the biggest technology shift of this generation, yet its potential to solve business problems for non-technical users is untapped—and we’re here to change that. Cassidy is the first AI automation platform that learns the context of your business so it can handle nuanced, high-stakes workflows like a teammate would, minus the complexity. We’re trusted by 20,000+ teams worldwide including Amplitude and NTT Data to move AI automation from idea to real results.
Why This Role
We’ve already created meaningful traction and pipeline from content, accumulating over 500,000+ followers on our Co-Founders and company socials—now we want someone to take this to the next level. This is your opportunity to join at a defining moment in our journey and do the best work of your career at a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do
This role sits at the intersection of media, startups, and AI. Your primary job is to help turn ideas into content — quickly, consistently, and across formats. Video will be a major focus (both short-form and long-form), but the role extends beyond video into written content, social distribution, and creative experiments across platforms. We’re looking for someone who is deeply curious about the creator ecosystem and excited by the idea of building an internet presence from the ground up. You should think like a producer: spotting ideas, shaping them into content, and shipping quickly. Here are some tasks:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to shape and execute Cassidy’s content roadmap
- Own end-to-end video production across short-form and long-form formats (ideation, filming, editing, publishing)
- Turn core ideas into multiple content formats — clips, written posts, threads, and other social-first content
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative concepts to grow our reach
- Track performance and double down on formats that work, building repeatable content systems over time
- Continuously test hooks, thumbnails, pacing, visuals, captions, and distribution tactics
- Stay close to trends across AI, startups, and the creator economy and translate them into relevant content
- Occasionally appear in videos when it improves the content
- Bring ideas proactively — the best concepts won’t always come from the brief
Who You Are
You’re a recent college graduate who’s passionate about the craft of content creation. Here are some guidelines for prerequisites but apply if you feel you have the right ingredients:
- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in video production, editing, or social-first content
- Strong editor with proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Descript
- Experienced with creating professional filming setups from scratch
- Deep understanding of short-form, organic social platforms
- Excited to work hard and take full ownership of output
- Comfortable filming with lightweight setups and moving quickly
- Not afraid to be on camera when needed
- Genuinely interested in AI, startups, and building modern companies in public
- Highly self-directed and biased toward shipping
Benefits
- Learn from some of the best in content
- Competitive pay - compensation will be split between base, variable, and equity.
- Medical and dental insurance
- Significant equity in a well-capitalized company on the cutting edge of AI technology
- High-trust team environment with high transparency and autonomy
- Commitment to upskilling and promoting from within as the company grows

Job Roles at Cassidy Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Cassidy Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with E-3 specialty occupation requirements
Cassidy sponsors the E-3 visa, which requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Focus your applications on technical and software roles where a relevant bachelor's degree is clearly required, not just preferred.
Emphasize your Australian citizenship early in the process
Because Cassidy sponsors the E-3 exclusively, being Australian is a genuine advantage. Make your citizenship clear in your application materials so recruiters immediately understand your visa pathway and sponsorship costs are relatively straightforward.
Research Cassidy's product and engineering focus before applying
Tech companies like Cassidy typically sponsor roles in software engineering, product, and data. Tailoring your application to their core technical areas increases your chances of landing in a team where E-3 sponsorship is already an understood process.
Browse verified E-3 sponsors before applying broadly
Not every tech company has experience with E-3 sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize companies like Cassidy where the process is already established.
Prepare your employer for the LCA filing timeline
Cassidy will need to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before your E-3 can proceed. Flagging this step early helps avoid delays, most tech companies can move quickly once they understand the relatively simple E-3 process.
Highlight skills that are scarce domestically
Cassidy, like most technology companies, sponsors international talent when specific skills are hard to source locally. Positioning yourself around niche technical expertise, rather than generalist qualifications, gives hiring managers a stronger internal case for sponsoring your E-3.

Does Cassidy sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Cassidy does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their documented sponsorship activity is through the E-3 visa, which is available exclusively to Australian citizens. If you're not Australian, Cassidy may not currently be a viable sponsorship option for you.
Which visa types does Cassidy sponsor?
Cassidy sponsors the E-3 visa for Australian citizens working in specialty occupation roles within the Technology & Software industry. There is no documented Green Card or H-1B sponsorship history on file. If you're an Australian professional in a technical field, the E-3 pathway is your most direct route into a role at Cassidy.
Which roles or departments at Cassidy are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
As a technology company, Cassidy is most likely to sponsor roles in software engineering, product management, and technical functions where specialized skills are required. E-3 sponsorship is tied to specialty occupation criteria, so positions that clearly require a degree in a specific field, such as computer science or engineering, are your strongest bet.
How do I find open jobs at Cassidy that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at Cassidy and other verified E-3 sponsors. Rather than sorting through job listings with no sponsorship clarity, Migrate Mate lets you filter by companies with a documented E-3 track record, so you're only applying where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
How do I approach the application process at Cassidy as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Apply through standard channels and be upfront about your visa situation early, ideally in your cover letter or initial recruiter screen. Cassidy's experience with E-3 sponsorship means the process is unlikely to be unfamiliar to their HR team. Come prepared to explain the E-3 timeline, that there's no lottery, and that your employer's cost exposure is relatively low compared to other visa types.
