We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to Seniors and Veterans in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to create a nurturing environment for clients in various settings, including home care, assisted living, and hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
We are currently looking for Non-Medical Caregivers in Cda, Hayden, Post Falls, and Rathdrum for daytime hours, Monday-Sunday on your schedule! Flexible schedule.
Mornings starting at 8am, afternoons and mid-day to early eves.
We just ask that you be available 2-3 days per week and 1 weekend day, either Sat or Sun every other week, you choose!
Part time.
Pay is $17.50-$19.50/DOE
Duties
- Monitor the health and well-being of clients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in client conditions.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or home care is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability is huge as these clients count on us.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid Drivers License, current vehicle insurance and registration
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
