Align your credentials to Deloitte's specialty occupation standard
Revenue Manager roles at Deloitte typically require a degree in accounting, finance, or business. Confirm your credentials map directly to the posted requirements before applying, since USCIS scrutinizes specialty occupation claims for managerial consulting titles.
Target Deloitte's industry-specific revenue management openings
Deloitte posts Revenue Manager roles across different practice areas, including Financial Advisory and Consulting. Filter by practice area rather than title alone, since sponsorship willingness and team structure vary across Deloitte's business units.
Search sponsored Revenue Manager roles using Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Revenue Manager openings at Deloitte by visa type, so you're only applying to roles where sponsorship is actively supported rather than cold-applying and asking later in the process.
Raise sponsorship during the offer stage not before
At Deloitte, sponsorship conversations belong at the offer stage, after the recruiter has confirmed mutual fit. Raising it in early screening calls can stall your candidacy before the hiring team has assessed your qualifications.
Verify E-3 eligibility if you hold Australian citizenship
Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa for Revenue Manager roles at Deloitte, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable status. The E-3 requires a Labor Condition Application certified by DOL before you can apply at a U.S. consulate.

Find Revenue Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Revenue Manager roles. As one of the largest professional services firms in the U.S., Deloitte has a dedicated immigration function that manages H-1B filings, including cap-subject petitions submitted in the April lottery. Australian citizens in this role may also qualify for the H-1B1, a cap-exempt alternative that skips the lottery entirely.
How do I apply for Revenue Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, where Revenue Manager roles are listed by practice area and location. You can also use Migrate Mate to browse Deloitte's sponsored openings filtered by visa type before applying. Tailor your resume to reflect client-facing revenue responsibilities, engagement profitability, and financial reporting experience, since Deloitte's recruiting team screens for those specifics.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Revenue Manager roles?
Deloitte supports H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Revenue Manager roles depending on your nationality. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3, which has no annual cap. For long-term permanent residency, Deloitte also files EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions, typically after you've established tenure in the role.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Revenue Manager candidates requiring sponsorship?
Deloitte's Revenue Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field, combined with several years of experience in revenue operations, financial planning, or client engagement management. Because USCIS requires a qualifying degree tied directly to the role for specialty occupation approval, a degree in an unrelated field can complicate the H-1B petition even if your work history is strong.
How do I time my application if I need H-1B sponsorship at Deloitte?
H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so roles with a hard October start require you to be in the lottery pool by late March. If you're already on OPT or another valid status, Deloitte can sometimes time your hire to align with this window. The 60-day grace period after a layoff or status change is a common pressure point, so engaging Deloitte's recruiting team early in that window gives you the most flexibility.
