Target engineering and technical roles first
Druva's sponsorship history is concentrated in technical functions. Software engineers, data engineers, and infrastructure roles are your strongest entry points, these are where the company has consistently demonstrated willingness to support visa sponsorship.
Understand Druva's SaaS and cloud focus
Druva operates in cloud data management, not Construction or Real Estate directly. If your background spans SaaS platforms, data backup, or enterprise cloud infrastructure, position that experience prominently, it aligns directly with the roles Druva sponsors.
Filter for verified sponsors when searching
Not every company that claims to sponsor actually has a consistent track record. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on companies like Druva that have followed through.
Align your application timing with the H-1B cap cycle
If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship at Druva, aim to have an offer in place by early spring. USCIS opens H-1B registration in March, Druva will need time to file on your behalf before that window closes.

Find Druva JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Druva sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Druva sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of supporting H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and engineering roles. Sponsorship is selective rather than broad, so your best approach is to apply for roles where your skills are a strong fit and confirm sponsorship eligibility with the recruiter early in the process.
Which visa types does Druva sponsor?
Druva sponsors H-1B visas, Green Card petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. The company does not have a track record with E-3 visas. Sponsorship availability varies by role and department, so confirming eligibility directly with the hiring team is essential.
Which roles or departments at Druva are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Druva's sponsorship activity has been concentrated in technical functions, particularly software engineering and infrastructure roles. The company builds cloud-native data protection products, so positions requiring specialized skills in cloud platforms, backend development, or data systems are the most consistent fit for sponsorship. Product and data-focused roles may also qualify depending on the specific position.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Druva?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to browse Druva's sponsorship-verified job openings. The platform filters by companies with a documented sponsorship history, so you can identify roles at Druva where international candidates have a realistic path. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering a company doesn't sponsor after the fact.
How do I approach the application process at Druva as an international candidate?
Lead with technical fit, not visa status. Apply to roles where your skills closely match the job requirements, and raise the sponsorship question once you've cleared the initial recruiter screen. Druva moves through a standard SaaS hiring process, technical interviews followed by system design and culture rounds, so preparing for that format while having a clear, confident answer ready about your visa timeline will keep the process moving smoothly.
