LICENSE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas.
CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
- BLS required before hire
- Advanced Specialty Courses (ASC)/Credentials according to Appendix A; ASC courses should be taken at earliest opportunity, completed within 1 year and continuously maintained ongoing
- National Certification in specialty must be attempted within 3 years of completing orientation and continuously maintained ongoing
