Provides high-quality nursing care through a hybrid role that combines inpatient bedside nursing with virtual care responsibilities. Strengthens integration between bedside teams and virtual care services, ensuring seamless coordination, enhanced trust, and alignment with unit workflows, patient populations, and protocols. Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
- Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum 3 years of professional RN clinical experience, including inpatient hospital care.
- Broad-based knowledge and clinical expertise in assessing, analyzing, intervening, and evaluating patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, staff, and medical teams in both inpatient and virtual care environments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced hybrid environments.

- May need to sit or stand for extended periods while monitoring virtually.
- Ability to lift/push/pull patients and equipment as required for inpatient care.
