Job Roles at Falvey Insurance Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Falvey Insurance Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with specialty insurance expertise
Falvey Insurance Group operates in the specialty insurance space, so roles in marine cargo, risk assessment, underwriting, and insurance operations are your best fit. Tailor your application to highlight domain knowledge relevant to their core business lines.
Focus on H-1B-eligible positions
Falvey sponsors H-1B visas, which require a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree. Aim for roles in analytics, underwriting, or technical insurance functions where degree requirements are clearly defined and sponsorship is most likely to apply.
Consider TN visa eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
Falvey has sponsored TN visas, which offer a faster, lottery-free path for qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals. If you hold citizenship in either country, check whether your target role falls under an eligible TN occupation category.
Research open roles with verified sponsorship history
Not every job posting flags sponsorship clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify open roles at Falvey Insurance Group without guessing whether international applicants will be considered.
Highlight niche insurance skills in your application
Falvey is a specialist insurer, not a generalist carrier. Candidates with backgrounds in marine insurance, cargo liability, or specialty risk stand out. Frame your experience around the specific coverage areas Falvey operates in to strengthen your case for sponsorship.

Does Falvey Insurance Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Falvey Insurance Group sponsors H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions for roles in specialty insurance-related functions. Sponsorship is selective, so candidates with technical or analytical skills directly relevant to Falvey's core business in marine and cargo insurance are best positioned to receive an offer that includes visa support.
Which visa types does Falvey Insurance Group sponsor?
Falvey Insurance Group sponsors H-1B visas and has also supported F-1 OPT and TN visa holders. This gives international candidates from a range of backgrounds viable pathways. H-1B is the most common route for longer-term sponsorship, while OPT and TN provide near-term options depending on your citizenship and current status.
Which departments or roles at Falvey Insurance Group are most likely to be sponsored?
Sponsorship at Falvey tends to align with roles requiring specialized knowledge, such as underwriting, risk analysis, insurance operations, and data or analytics functions. Given Falvey's focus on specialty insurance products like marine and cargo coverage, candidates with relevant technical backgrounds in those areas are the strongest fit for sponsored positions.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Falvey Insurance Group?
Migrate Mate lists jobs from companies with verified U.S. visa sponsorship history, including Falvey Insurance Group. You can browse open roles and filter by visa type to identify positions where international candidates are genuinely considered. This saves time compared to sifting through postings that don't clarify sponsorship eligibility.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Falvey Insurance Group for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date, so you need an offer well before that window. If you're on OPT, start engaging with Falvey several months in advance to allow time for the petition process. Being proactive about discussing your visa status early helps avoid last-minute complications for both you and the employer.
